Remote Locations: If your delivery area is in a remote or restricted area, delivery delays may occur. However, your Delivery Hero will make every effort to deliver your goods.
Public Safety Situation/Road Closures: Queues, curfews, strikes, etc. leading to route closures may mean that you may not be able to collect your parcel until after the promised time.
Nationwide Pandemic: During a pandemic, it will be extremely difficult to deliver your goods. At this time, your delivery is delayed. Once the situation has improved, we will do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible.
Accidental or accidental damage to packaging: Accidental damage to packaging may occur. In that case, we may not be able to deliver.
